SHIPPING CHARGES
- We will determine the most efficient and cost effective method of shipping unless you note a shipping preference with your order.
- Any additional shipping charges that may be incurred (i.e., applicable taxes, customs charges etc.) will be included for your approval prior to shipping.
- We will not accept responsibility for damage to merchandise resulting from negligence or mishandling by the common carrier. You must file a claim with the common carrier to be reimbursed for damaged goods.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
- All orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of placement.
- Requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of receipt of shipment.
- You are responsible for all freight charges incurred to return merchandise.
